Corvallis Junior High welcomes all students and offers a balanced and supportive educational program. Our goal is for our students to possess the knowledge and skills needed to live productive and satisfying lives. Our excellent staff is passionate about helping students reach their academic goals. Stephanne Seals, Principal
This is Stephanne Seal's first year as Corvallis Junior High Principal. She was previously the principal at Cheldelin Middle School for the last 3 years. Mrs. Seals has worked in public education for 28 years as a Principal, Assistant Principal, Learning Coach, and Middle School teacher. Prior to CSD, she was the Principal at North Albany Middle School, Assistant Principal at Judson Middle School for Salem-Keizer, and an Assistant Principal at Robinson Middle School in Wichita, Kansas. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Friends University and a Master of Education degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from Wichita State University.
Mrs. Seals enjoys reading, hiking, doing art with her mom, and playing board games with family and friends. She has two daughters that she is extremely proud of and could speak for hours about them, if allowed! Mrs. Seals is married to Daryl, who is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
Caleea Kidder, Assistant Principal
Caleea Kidder was most recently a Human Resources Administrator at the Greater Albany Public School District. Before that, she was a principal at the Community of Peace Middle School and an assistant principal and dean of students at Hiawatha Academies. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and in Child Psychology from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Education from the University of Illinois-Chicago. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
